Ways to detox: 1. 3-6 days Juice fasting (once or twice a year) (how to survive?!!) 2. Dead Sea body wraps (when I have the money..which is not possible..sigh) 3. Dietary changes (more vegetables! Doctor says yong tau foo is good!) 4. Massages (who is going to do that for me..hmm..) 5. Herbal cleansing programs (once or twice a year) 6. Skin brushing (once or twice a year) 7. Nutrient supplementation 8. EXERCISE!!! (DO tomorrow!) On regular basis: Aid cleansing process by drinking a glass of water with some lemon juice (one quarter of a lemon) in the morning PLUS at least 8 glasses everyday (this sounds not too difficult..buy lemons tomorrow!!) Immediate benefits!: 1. Feel rejuvenated 2. Clearer skin 3. Experience less aches and pains 4. METABOLIC RATE INCREASE!!! 5. HELPS IN WEIGHT LOSS!!!!!!!!!! Side Effects (oh no..): Mildly to intensely uncomfortable - extreme often described as "die off effect" When toxins are released faster than the body can eliminate them, one can suffer from headaches, nausea, vomitting, rash, body odour, bad breath, diarrhoea Precautions: Take it slow. Do not really know if this is considered an artsy film..but it is certainly the first film that I see Jim Carey taking on a serious character.. It tells about how Joel(Carey) wanted to erase Clementine(Kate Winslet) from his memory when he found out that Clementine had undergone this medical treatment that deleted him from her life eternally..slightly difficult to understand with the bits and pieces of flashbacks every now and then but things pieced up nicely towards the end..In fact it was sweet to see that these two beings meet again and fall in love with each other..On top of that, there was a twist to the story..the tapes on why they wanted each other out of their mind (recorded at the clinic) were returned to them and they had by coincidence, overheard the negative comments they had for each other (like this part..the horror and shock you will see on their faces..exciting). It was difficult to accept but they gave themselves a chance.. *they embraced* The two of them are worlds apart - Joel being a boring and educated man while Clementine is a wild, thrill-seeking and less learned woman..a seemingly incompatible and unimaginable match..a pair that we more often than not, see only in televisions and books..however, in the film, their second romance might work out for they have mutually accepted their ugly sides and are prepared to strive to overcome these tripping stones that stand in front of them ... ***** Memories may be painful but they deserve a place..For one, we need comparisons..Had we not tasted the bitter, how do we tell the sweet apart..Besides, the harder we fall, the better we learn I guess..A child learns how to stand up after the umpteen aches from the landings on his little buttcheeks..Same concept applies..As little as I would like to be reminded of the extra year I had to do in secondary school, it was an excruciating but extremely invaluable part of my life. While memory fades, the prick is ever-present..Nonetheless, it has spurred me to move on and get a better life..Doing things that I would not regret when I look back at my life in the years to come. "Make the best choice at that point in time.." as my dad says.. I reckon that technology shall not be an easy way out then.. Quotes and dialogues from the film that I like.. Oh my..Saw this article today - "Nature's Best, Actress Cassandra See ate her placenta and claims it made her glow".. ...ahem..I am kind of shock for words.. While I have heard of people made pills out of animals' placenta like the goats', this is my first at hearing pregnant mothers eating their own placenta after they have given birth..Was further grossed out after reading See's description of how she handled her own..she was caught up with her duties and had left hers "untouched in her freezer for 2 months".."when she finally remembered about it, she baked it in her oven like roast beef until it was dry and crisp, but burnt a quarter of it in the process"!!!.."she pounded what was left behind and put it in capsules which she then swallowed every morning on an empty stomach" ***puke!!!*** The worst is yet to come..she was inspired by her Chinese co-star's room mate when she was filming in China 6 years ago. "Her college told her the girl's mother is a gynaecologist and that the secret to her skin was eating the placenta of her mother's patients since she was young.""She said her mother took the placentas home and made it into dumplings for the whole family"!!! Aren't I glad that my mom is not a gynae...hahhaa..I guess I will stay away from dumplings as long as I remember this..tsk tsk..eat your own?!..bite yourself!! By the way..as it desribes..the placenta resembles a slimy bloody liver when it is raw..Hmm..oh gross! Human placenta  Liver

Perhaps I have not heard the other side of the story..but it does not make sense to teach others your art of livelihood..This sounds selfish..But the business world is all about getting an edge over others..getting the upperhand..They may be your relatives..but there is a limit in teaching people your knowledge of your field.There has to be something that you hold to protect yourself..a boundary. I may be cynical..for one, I do not believe in the goodness in man in the business arena. Goodness belongs to another world..not this one. Seeing goodness in this realm is highly suicidal..unrealistic.. She might be too strongheaded in some things..so naggy that I cannot tolerate as well..but she certainly has a better knowledge of humans than you do..to put in another way, the excessive trust you have towards your friends and kins have clouded your ability to judge rationally as a businessman. It is beyond my capability to say that they are unsincere and deceitful for I have little contact with them. However, trust is something that has to be built up over time. Subtle observations can be done before further information is released and exchanged. Rash and unplanned actions tend to lead to future regrets. When strategising and knowing your opponents and partners are essentials in business, I really hope that you can reconsider your actions. I certainly do not wish to see you regretting what you have done in the days to come. This is the little thing I beg of you. Look before taking the step. Goodness in man is not true for all. They have to prove themselves worthy. ********************* I certainly feel better after getting them out of my chest..Hope they can sort this out soon..in a peaceful manner.. =) Will think of my new year resolutions soon..This will be a better year!
