That reminds me of how I was back then. Believing that Santa would be here every Christmas, granting that little undemanding wish of mine..hahah..I even made a BIG SOCK for the presents out of our old napkin cloth! (a bigger sock would fit a bigger present!hahahh!!)


And thereafter, conspiring with my bro to make my dad buy into the we-didnt-know-he-is-santa idea when we were slightly older by pretending to sleep at Christmas Eve and telling him all about our wishes way before Christmas to give him more time to get the right gifts! hahha! Smart and shrewd for little kids ya..hahha!!


Those were the fond memories..White lies that brought us lots and lots of joy..The unwrapping of gifts (despite knowing what they are) and the little 'performance' we will stage before Christmas to build up the mood and anxiety before the actual day..haha!
And not to forget the little channel of communication that it had constructed for us..writing little notes to convey our wishes..

The most ridiculous happened when I re-used that little notewriting trick even at the end of Sec 4 before JC..asking for a handphone..How silly was that..hahha..
