2 changes this week! Spot it! Before  After  oh my god..i didnt know what went through my mind! i actually went for it!!! i was really scared when they said that they were not going to numb it. 'oh, you dont need that. it is really quick.' oh man. my muscles froze as we paced towards the tattoo and body piercing shop. marilee and wen chien were nice enough to follow me to the store early this morning. chien wanted to get a second pair of earholes while marilee merely wanted to see how a nose piercing works. haha. the shop front   the interior   upon entering, we were greeted by this strong stench of antiseptic. dental clinic!! and there was the 'eeeee' noise in the background. two guys were getting their body tattoos then! ouch. i arrived at about 10:20am and we were told that we had to wait for 20 minutes. they had to sterilise all the equipments before the procedure. *scared!!* the setting didnt make it any better. with the metal cupboards, sinks and beds, the place resembled a surgical room! oh my god. it seemed as though they were going to cut some organs out of me. shucks! i did think of dropping that idea but it was now or never. just whack it. ahhhhhh!!! this was how the piercing worked. first, you sit down on the bed and you choose the side that you want the stud to be on.  then, he would clean the nose area and mark the spot to pierce with a small marker.  check that you are satisfied with the spot in the mirror and you are ready to go. he took out a metal tool which was used to widen the nostrils and presumably reduce the pain of the piercing and, a thin metal rod. everything happened really quickly. the metal tool was stuck into the left nostril, widened and the metal rod pierced right through..pulled out the rod and put in the nose stud. poof! done! nose stud inserted.  the terrified bin. i had my eyes closed all the time. freaky!! it wasnt very painful but i was stunned and overwhelmed. the last thing that i want now is a sneeze. yawn too! faints. holding the instruction sheet and the bottle of lotion for the after-care measures.  bin has no guts.  and there you are.  yes, i had my haircut as well..by an ang moh on tuesday. hahaha. *p.s. sorry maddie. bin didnt listen to you. i piak myself.
